How the Booking process works with us
1. Inquiry: After reviewing our guide and trip samples to get an idea of your preferences, please send us an inquiry detailing your ideal package (either a ready-made or tailor-made option), preferred dates, and group size.

2. Consultation: We will then consult with you via direct messaging, calls, or emails to discuss different variations and recommendations until we finalize your preferred trip plan.

3. Availability and Reservations: We will check the availability for your group tour schedule or lodging accommodations. Once confirmed, we will make provisional reservations. If alternatives are needed, we will provide them for your agreement before making the final reservations.

4. Deposit & Invoice: You will receive payment details and an invoice for a 40% deposit, which is required for all lodging climbs and safaris. A higher deposit may be required for luxury or tailor-made trips.

5. Confirmation: Once your deposit is received, we will send you a booking confirmation. A payment plan is also an option if that is more suitable for you.
